Your Role – Partner
As a Partner, you will strengthen and expand the PLM practice across the DACH and European markets. Working closely with fellow Partners, your mandate will be both entrepreneurial and strategic:
* Client Growth: Deepen trusted relationships at C-level, expand within key industries, and open new market segments.
* Innovation Leadership: Position the firm at the forefront of digital PLM, AI, and Industry 4.0 – bringing practical thought leadership to German and European clients.
* Programme Direction: Lead complex, international transformation programmes, ensuring delivery excellence and client impact.
* Practice Development: Shape and expand the PLM service portfolio around sustainability, circularity, and digital engineering.
* Talent Growth: Mentor consultants, developing the next generation of PLM leaders in Germany and Europe.
* Firm Strategy: Contribute to the long-term vision and growth of the firm.
