A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Sustainability Leader within Siemens Energy's Grid Technologies business, you will lead the strategy and execution of sustainability initiatives that enable our transition toward a low-carbon future. This role drives the integration of sustainability into products, solutions, and operations, working cross-functionally with business leadership teams to ensure measurable business impact.

How You'll Make An Impact

* Define, lead, and implement the sustainability strategy for Grid Technologies, aligning with Siemens Energy's with corporate and operational goals as well as be the Point of Contact as Business Partner for GT internally.
* Prioritize and structure sustainability initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and business value as well as integrate sustainability considerations into product and solution development.
* Collaborate with internal partners to embed sustainability goals into operations and supply chain practices.
* Represent Siemens Energy externally, driving partnerships with customers, regulators, and sustainability networks to unlock innovation opportunities.
* Drive circularity strategy and business model innovation.
* Develop & maintain critical metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure and communicate impact.

What You Bring

* Proven long term experience in sustainability strategy development and execution within the energy, industrial, or grid infrastructure sectors.
* Strong understanding of decarbonization, circularity, biodiversity, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU Taxonomy, CSRD).
* Ability to translate sustainability objectives into technical feasibility and business impact.
* Excellent partner management and communication skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
* Analytical approach with expertise in structuring projects, setting priorities, and measuring business impact.
* Passion for inspiring change and embedding sustainability into core business practices.
