Job Opportunity: Sales and Business Development Manager

Our Infrastructure Business Area Project Office division in Ratingen is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill this exciting role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identification and development of new business opportunities across Europe in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required.
* Management of existing accounts and building up long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
* Promotion and sales of our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
* Monthly sales reporting to the management and MELCO.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
