Tasks
Your Role: Support High-Impact Cross-Border M&A Deals
As a Junior M&A Consultant, you will support our senior team at the forefront of dealmaking, helping to coordinate cross-border transactions and navigate the complexities of international business cultures. Working closely with our senior Partner, you will:
* Assist in managing full-cycle M&A projects with a focus on Italian-German transactions.
* Help build and maintain trusting relationships with entrepreneurs by preparing well-founded analyses and recommendations.
* Contribute to generating a pipeline of high-value deals by researching and identifying opportunities in the Italian mid-market.
* Conduct detailed company and market analyses, supporting the development of strategies tailored to the needs of German investors.
* Support the coordination of legal, commercial, and tax advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Your Profile:
