Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant (f/m/d) on a part-time basis for up to 18 months to support our Universal Pictures International Germany team based in Frankfurt. In this part-time position you will work closely with our Marketing Manager.
Product Management specific tasks:
1. Support of Marketing Manager in a broad variety of tasks in marketing strategy, budget planning,media campaign planning, creative adaptations, influencer marketing and third party promotions
2. Support and execution of briefing and handling of creative, media and promotion agencies
3. Planning and execution of select events like fan screenings
4. Communication with Head Office in LA and London
5. Reporting (Filmmaker presentations, post campaign analysis, etc)
6. Administrative support of Marketing Manager (purchase orders, invoice tracking, stock management, etc)
7. Support at Film Premieres (on the ground runner, responsible for a broad variety of event-specific activities like guest management)
General Marketing support:
8. Independently responsible for small releases (Budgeting, Strategy, creative, reporting)
9. Research and Analysis
10. Support of the wider Marketing team, project-by-project
Qualifications
11. You have gained a first professional experience or internship in a marketing or communications role, ideally in an international enterprise environment
12. You are a true team player with a confident demeanour, an independent and reliable work style, and the ability to stay organized even in stressful situations.
13. You are able to communicate openly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
14. You have strong fluent communication skills in both English and German, spoken and written, and feel confident using both languages in a professional setting
15. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
16. Last but definitely not least: You have a deep love and passion for film and cinema!
