Job Description:
This role is open only to candidates currently residing in the area of Unterschleißheim / München. Relocation is not offered. Applicants must have valid EU work authorization. No visa sponsorship is provided.
· Drive and execute the recruitment needs for Germany - Unterschleißheim site.
· Prepare offer packages tailored to candidates across different seniority levels.
· Conduct and assist with new hire orientation.
· Act as the first-line support for handling employee concerns and conflicts.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
· Responds to routine inquiries from applicants and employees regarding standard policies, benefits, and recruitment processes, while escalating complex or sensitive questions to senior HR staff or management.
· Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
· Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are
collected and filed appropriately.
· Provide clerical reporting to the Global HR Director.
· May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions,
fixing processing errors and distributing checks.
· Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors,
which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.
· Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrolment,
organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement
celebrations.
· Coordinate, track, and schedule business travel and internal training sessions as needed.
About You:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Very good command of English language.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn administrative / Human Resource software systems.
· Proven Experience in HR function is a plus.
· German / European law relevant study is a plus.
· Relevant university degree or in progress study is a plus.
· Very good command of German language is a plus.
