What You'll Do: Actively search for new business opportunities by analysing market trends, competition, and pricing. Build and maintain client relationships, develop lasting partnerships with potential and current clients. Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals to secure new clients. Lead client negotiations, manage regular client meetings, negotiate terms, and establish strong business conditions. Manage tenders and offers, prepare competitive tender documents and business offers. Drive sales goals, you´ll meet business targets aligned with strategic plans and budget. Collaboration closely with product development and marketing teams to meet client needs. Handle inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Prepare offers and contracts, develop and finalize offers and contracts based on confirmed terms. Contribute to Budget Planning Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven sales professional with a passion for actively searching for new business and excel at building client relationships. 3–5 years in sales and business development, ideally in the facility management or security field. Experience from a similar role is a big plus! Fluent German speaker, English on very active communicative level. You have excellent communication skills. You connect well at all levels and are a skilled communicator, both written and verbal. Analytical and Goal-oriented person with strong analytical skills to track business results and create competitive pricing strategies. Independent Worker, who can manage projects autonomously and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
