To strengthen our customer team in Weßling we are looking for Configuration Manager (m/w/d)
Your missions will be:
* Prepare technical repercussion sheets and change requests for decision and validation
* Coordinate and monitor progress on changes
* Prepare Technical Repercussion Sheets and MOD Proposal Dossiers for MOD closure
* Ensure the interface with stakeholders involved in the changes
* Prepare, organize, moderate and document meetings
Requirements
About you:
* Engineering Degree
* At least 2 years of experience in Configuration
* Configuration Management / Change Management
* Experience in SA/LR/A350 programs
* Good Change Management Process knowledge
* Very good English and German (written and spoken) is required
* Good negotiation, project management, and communication skills
* Able to act as an interface with other program departments, with the Design Office, plants and FAL, Contracts, Certification and Customer Support
