About your workplace Our global Training Academy is responsible for the worldwide product, sales and service training programme. The development of concepts and learning media as well as the implementation of the programme is carried out in close cooperation with our business units and sales companies. The Academy supports our specialist retail partners and employees in sales and customer service with interactive learning media and motivating live/online training events. In this way, we ensure that product knowledge, sales expertise and repair skills are always at the highest level - for enthusiastic customers. Objective of the position: Responsibility for the product training sub-strategy within the Miele Training Academy and ensuring the uniform, strategically coordinated development and implementation of product training programmes for internal and external target groups worldwide - including the empowerment of local trainers (sales companies), the further development of an active trainer community, cooperation with specialist trainers from the business units, instructional design and media development as well as the establishment of standardised processes and tools.
