Are you a hands-on technical leader who loves solving problems guiding teams and making a real impact with customers Were on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Head of Technical Services to steer organizeand supportall activitiesof the Technical Services Team (Field Support Help Desk)forEnvaliorsbusiness in theregion Europe.
The Challenge
This is a fast-paced role covering a wide variety of technical topics across different materials applications and industries. Your team will be supporting every stage of customer projectsfrom early concept to full-scale production.
Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS :
* A degree in Mechanical engineering or materials technology degree with plastics focus processing background
* 5-10 years of Professional Experience
* Strong business acumen and customer centric approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset; self-starter withhigh levelof motivation and resilience
* High levelof energy commitment and passion for the Business
* Agile and goal oriented
* FullproficiencyinEnglish and preferably anotherEuropean language
* Great people skills and the ability to lead and inspire
* Strategic problem solving
* Fluent English
