Your mission and responsibilities:
You will be joining a fast-growing team where there is ample room for you to grow professionally in a highly skilled and supportive environment. In your role as 3D Designer (f/m/x), you will play a key part in visualizing and elevating our brand through impactful 3D design work:
1. Create high-quality 3D assets, including product visualizations, packaging concepts, displays, and promotional materials.
2. Develop realistic renders, animations, and visual storytelling elements for marketing, sales, and events.
3. Over time you may also, if skill and interest align, contribute to new product development within the TCG Accessory Market.
4. Collaborate closely with the rest of the creative team, as well as the marketing and brand team on creative assets needed.
5. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
6. Spar with the creative team on innovative design solutions and new ideas.
7. Expect 2–5 traveling days for industry events per year.
Your superpowers:
8. 2–5 years of experience as a 3D Designer, 3D Artist, or in a similar creative role.
9. Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max) and rendering tools (e.g. Redshift, Cycles, Adobe Dimensions).
10. An eye for detail, form, and materials, paired with a strong creative mindset.
11. Desire to grow professionally, a supportive nature (we succeed as a team), and an open mind ready to explore possibilities.
12. Fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus but not required. Your base would be at heo HQ in Herxheim, but you will be joining an international organization where English is essential.
Further bonus for us but not a requirement:
13. Experience with graphic design, illustration and other design related fields can help to get the full scope of the work.
14. Skills in motion graphics or animation.
15. Interest in pop culture, gaming accessories, or trading card games.
