Job Description
1. Continuously improve REPA’s international pricing strategies in close collaboration with sales, product management, and procurement
2. Support daily pricing operations, including implementing and maintaining price lists and handling pricing requests
3. Conduct price and margin simulations to support business decisions
4. Monitor and analyze key pricing KPIs to identify trends and optimization opportunities
5. Assist in project work related to pricing initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications
6. Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
7. Strong analytical skills and a structured, result-oriented mindset
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with pricing software is a plus
9. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken (C1 level)
10. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
11. Collaborative spirit with a desire to work in an international, cross-functional team
12. Eagerness to grow and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
