Client Partner (m/f/d) – Leadership Advisory
Location: Frankfurt Area / Home Office
Responsibilities:
5. Provides excellent account management service to key strategic accounts, proactively monitoring existing revenue activity and demonstrating understanding of people issues in client’s business to successfully convert training needs into business
6. Negotiates successful conclusions to major business development opportunities, building strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and presenting confidently to senior HR and business leaders
7. Follows up sales leads, identifying opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and closes sale
8. Proactively identifies and generates new lead opportunities and prospects
9. Works to demonstrate payback to client’s business from the offered solutions
Skills/Experience:
10. Minimum 4 years successful experience in HR Training field
11. Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience in HR service or training industry
12. Ability to understand business context and articulate solutions to HR professionals and business leaders
13. Skilled at influencing senior decision makers and presenting at board level
14. Professional appearance, able to represent company at major events and exhibitions
