For our Nordics Team we are looking for a Service Engineer - CropCare (all genders).
How can you make the difference at HORSCH?
1. You will support our sales partners and customers in the practical use of our machines for crop care in the Nordic´s markets
2. You solve technical problems and organise necessary repairs
3. You provide support during machine operations and technical training
4. You carry out evaluations and assessments
5. You process warranty cases
What are the optimum prerequisites for your entry?
6. Practical agricultural experience in crop protection and field cultivation
7. Experience in customer service - ideally in field service
8. Technical experience and knowledge such as hydraulics knowledge, ISOBUS knowledge, tractor driving experience and electrical knowledge
9. Very good communication skills
10. Successfully completed technical training - ideally in agricultural machinery technology, mechanics, mechatronics, electrics, or similar.
11. Possession of car driving license
12. In addition to the Danish or Norwegian or Finnish or Swedish language, you have a good command of written and spoken German or English
13. High competence in self-management
14. Ability to work under pressure, reliability, sense of responsibility and commitment.
