Supporting Youth and Families in Our Communities
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Social Worker or Educator. In this role, you will provide support to children and families in our care, helping them to build resilience and reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing individualized support plans for each child and family, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
* Providing emotional support and guidance to children and young people, helping them to navigate challenges and make positive choices.
* Collaborating with other professionals, including teachers, healthcare workers and social services staff, to ensure that children and families receive the best possible support.
* Participating in regular case reviews and meetings to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Social Work, Education or a related field.
* Experience of working with children and families, particularly those who are vulnerable or at risk.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families and colleagues.
* A commitment to providing high-quality support and services to children and families.
