Senior PEGA Low Code Architect – Reusable Funding Platform
A large public‑sector programme is seeking an experienced Senior PEGA Low Code Architect / Developer to support the design and development of a reusable, configurable PEGA funding platform .
The focus of this role is on building generic funding modules (“Förderbausteine”) that support the full funding lifecycle and can be reused across multiple current and future funding programmes. The outcome is a scalable, maintainable platform with strong architectural foundations and long‑term sustainability.
Project details:
* Contract length: 7 months + extension
* Start date: ASAP
* Location: Remote, with x1 day per month on‑site in Nuremberg, Germany (car travel, fuel costs covered)
* Language: German is mandatory
* Seniority: Senior / Architect level
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse business and technical requirements and assess suitability for reusable platform modules
* Design scalable, reusable PEGA Low‑Code architectures aligned with enterprise standards
* Develop and integrate modular PEGA components covering the funding lifecycle
* Make architectural decisions balancing configurability, extensibility, and reusability
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and enterprise architecture
* Create and maintain technical and process documentation for line organisations
* Support the ongoing evolution and continuous improvement of the PEGA funding platform
Required Experience:
* Strong experience as a Senior PEGA Low Code Architect or Lead Developer
* Proven background designing generic, reusable PEGA applications with modular structures
* Experience working on platform‑level architectures, rather than one‑off solutions
* Strong understanding of configurability, maintainability, and architectural quality
* Confident operating in complex enterprise and public‑sector environments
* Public‑sector, funding, or large‑scale enterprise programme experience is advantageous
Technical & Methodological Skills:
* PEGA Low Code Platform (architecture and development)
* Modularisation and reusable building‑block design
* Platform and application architecture governance
* Automation and orchestration within PEGA
* Agile delivery environments
* Test automation and CI/CD within PEGA ecosystems
* UX and accessibility concepts (Constellation exposure beneficial)
