Marketing Manager Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Pro AV markets across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on marketing experience, a strategic approach to professional audio technology, and excellent communication skills in English.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic marketing plans for Pro AV markets in Europe
* Drive awareness and growth for Pro Audio product portfolio in the AV and IT installation market
* Support sales enablement for distribution and system integrator partners
* Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital content in Europe
* Create compelling product and application content (case studies, configuration examples, white papers)
* Lead planning and delivery of Audioversity trainings, both in person and online
Requirements:
A successful candidate will possess:
* Degree in marketing, communications, audio engineering, or a related field
* Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in AV, Pro Audio, or IT industries
* Strong understanding of the customer journey for audio installations, particularly in education, conferencing, hospitality, or other markets
* Good project and campaign management skills, with experience in digital and physical channels
* Familiarity with content creation, social media, and press/PR activities
* Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, CMS platforms, social media, and video content tools
