Oversee the overall site sales forecast and manage all operations at the site.
Lead a team of sales managers to exceed client targets, achieve business goals, maintain compliant operations, and deliver optimal customer experiences.
Provide guidance and assistance in executing key sales functions, helping set objectives, and achieving established goals.
Own and drive all project-related activities to achieve quarterly and yearly sales revenue.
Bilingual or proficient in English.
Minimum of 10 years of technology-related sales or business development experience, plus 4+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of successfully leading teams of 20+ people, including 4+ Sales Managers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to coach teams to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video, and modern demonstration tools.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Full-time Spanish contract, with assistance provided for relocation if necessary.
