Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Establishing a team of technical experts (e.g. DevOps or Operation Experts) to drive product realisation
* Developing a working environment that motivates the team and encourages collaboration; facilitating chapter meetings and knowledge-sharing
* Establishing, improving and harmonising chapter assets and governance in line with the chapter’s purpose
* Assuming responsibility for hiring new employees and managing their workload; planning the chapter budget
* Leading, managing and developing chapter members
* Promoting the agile mindset and acting as an agile change agent
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Extensive experience in the field of SAP, DevOps or operations
* Excellent skills in managing, developing and motivating teams and individuals
* High degree of self-awareness and reflection
* Understanding of agile leadership principles and experience leading, coaching and mentoring
* Very good networking, presentation and communication skills as well as a very good command of English
Nice to have
* Solid understanding of retail business dynamics and processes
* Knowledge of supply chain business processes
* SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
