We are looking for a Senior Associate Client Onboarding Team on a permanent contract.
As a Senior Associate in the Client Onboarding Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing client onboarding process and relationships and corporate governance for Luxembourg-based companies. Gather all necessary documentation from the client, collect information required for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance, perform due diligence and compliance checks and preparation of the internal Client Acceptance process.
Assist with opening bank accounts and preparing associated documentation.
Provide guidance on corporate governance obligations, reporting requirements, and transaction support.
Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and maintain a high level of service.
In-depth understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and related international legal frameworks.
Fluent in English
