Responsibilities:
* Design, deploy, and maintain network security solutions for clients using Fortinet firewalls and/or SecureLink platforms
* Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access systems
* Monitor and respond to network security incidents and vulnerabilities
* Assist in the development of security policies and client-specific compliance guidelines
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and uptime
* Provide support and consultation to clients, including occasional on-site visits if required
* Stay up to date with industry best practices, security threats, and compliance standards relevant to healthcare (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
Skills/Must have:
* Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer or similar role in an MSP or enterprise environment
* Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) and/or SecureLink remote access solutions
* Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, and network troubleshooting
* Familiarity with VPN technologies, IDS/IPS systems, and access control
* Experience working with hospitality or healthcare clients is a strong plus
* Fluent in German and proficient in English
* Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites within Germany
Salary:
* €65,000 gross per year
