Tasks
* Driving Financial Performance management of the A320 Family programme: supporting the preparation of multi-year financial planning and year-end forecast, running sensitivity analysis & reporting on financial performance
* Anticipating potential deviations & proposing mitigation actions to support decision making at working and management level
* Analysing quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and risks & opportunities.
* Establishing consolidated financial reporting (define, harmonise and ensure consistency and compliance, incl. tools) & their associated roadmaps
Profile
* 2-3 years experience within controlling, performance management, audit or similar role
* Financial Controlling knowledge
* Quick learner and appetite for digitalization and data visualisation
* Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
* Agility in problem solving
* Language Skills: fluent English level
