About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the long-term development and strengthening of our customer partnerships. You will be a perfect addition to our team, providing comprehensive support to our traditional offline customers while also bringing knowledge and expertise in dealing with our online customers. You will build, strengthen, and further develop existing customers and help us find new, strategically appropriate customers.
Once you have gained a deeper understanding of our customers and their goals, you will have the opportunity to actively shape all levels.
You will also work closely with your customers and our internal departments
(Field Sales, Marketing and Finance) develop joint business plans.
As the key interface between our organization and the market, you are responsible for implementing business plans and achieving agreed targets. You and your KAM team members report to the Senior Key Account Manager. Working together as a team, you will achieve and exceed targets.
Strategic
1. Development of innovative (long-term) joint business plans with all our customers (offline and online)
2. Monthly sell in / sell out / trade stock planning at customer level
3. Preparation and presentation of business plans, forecasts, analyses and presentations with and for our clients
4. Regular sales and competitive analyses
Tactical
5. Independently conducting contract and price negotiations
6. Preparation and conduct of annual meetings as well as conclusion of individual annual agreements with our customers
7. Development and implementation of tactical national sales campaigns (promotions)
Operative
8. Management of contact, quotation and order processes
9. Close cooperation with colleagues from sales and related business areas
10. Participation in and presence at trade fairs and industry events

About you
15. At least 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or key account management
16. Personality: Different, Authentic (self-motivated), Better (ambitious)
17. Working style: Ambitious and results-oriented, structured and creative, flexible and resilient
18. Experience in dealing with strategic customers
19. Experience in building networks
20. Strong communication skills at management level
21. Strong analytical skills and strong persuasiveness
22. Fluent written and spoken German and English skills are essential
23. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
