As Design Engineer your work will focus on these responsibilities:
* Creation of electric detail drawings.
* Implementation of customer specifications.
* Creation of mechanical views for the products.
* Clarification of technical interfaces with customers and subcontractors.
* Order the technically complicated material in cooperation with the project purchasing.
* Ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
* Leading of technical discussions with customers and suppliers.
* Participation in the creation of test regulations.
* Accompany functional tests and hand overs.
* Support internal and external documentation requirements.
* Compliance with deadlines and budgets.
* Report status and problems of project related issues to team or line manager in time.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
* Completed training as a state-certified electric engineering technician or certified Bachelor or Master electrician or equivalent.
* Knowledge in the design and construction of electrical power distribution systems appropriate to the position
* Professional experience with common design tools, e.g. EPLAN P8 or equivalent
* Personal initiative as well as independent and team-oriented working methods
* Positive communication behaviour
* Good technical knowledge in the application of classification requirements and industrial standards are needed
* MS office skills are required.
* For communication and documentation purposes, German and English technical language experience in speaking and writing is essential required.
* Driving license and willingness to travel for project relevant needs or meetings.
