Entertainment Systems Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a visionary sales and marketing leader to spearhead our Entertainment Systems Team in the ProAudio division.
This position entails developing and executing strategic plans to grow our presence in live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets across Central and East Europe.
You will lead a motivated team, drive regional business development, and ensure alignment with our global strategy.
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for our Entertainment ProAudio portfolio.
* Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across the territories.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
* Represent us at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
The Ideal Candidate
* Has proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry.
* Has strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications.
* Holds a university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification and has developed excellent skills in relevant fields of competence.
* Has shown leadership qualities in international teams and is willing to motivate and inspire people.
* Is a strategic worker with a hands-on mentality.
* Is an authentic communicator able to bridge cultures.
* Familiar with CRM systems and ERP systems and able to analyze data and KPIs.
