Ihre Aufgaben:
* Supporting the HR team in its day-to-day business, in particular working closely with HR business partners across all relevant processes
* Independently handling all matters relating to our students: from coordinating interviews and onboarding and offboarding to supporting programs and initiatives
* Preparing a wide range of HR documents, including contracts, certificates, qualified job references, and documents for works council hearings
* Maintaining and updating our HR systems and databases, including creating overviews and ensuring careful documentation
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
* Initial experience in a similar position is an advantage
* Confident use of the MS Office package
* A well-organized, flexible, and reliable personality who understands service orientation as a matter of course
* Enjoy working independently and have a strong hands-on mentality
* Interest in working with people from different cultural backgrounds and strong intercultural skills
* Very good communication skills in German and English
