SciNova are exclusively supporting one of Europe's most exciting Biopharmaceutical organisations specialising in developing treatments for neurological rare diseases. They are searching for a Key Account Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across the region of Hesse.
Role responsibilities:
* Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Develop and foster relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
* Build trusted partnerships with KOLs, physicians, GP's and other critical healthcare providers in the specific territory.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, and marketing teams.
* Support the Patient Engagement team and serve as the regional voice of the customer, advocating for patient access and ethical treatment.
Role requirements:
* 8+ years' minimum of relevant Pharmaceutical sales experience preferably within rare diseases.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Impeccable customer service skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Results driven.
* Willingness to travel within the designated territory is mandatory.
* Fluent German and Proficient English.
