Reebok Europe are looking for an Account Marketing Lead, you will be directly reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be the key point of contact for a specific area/territory, managing relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts across the sport and lifestyle offence. Main Responsibilities Will Include: Be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and seasonal initiatives with European key account partners. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to key European accounts, aligning with overall brand objectives and seasonal initiatives. Campaign Development & Execution: Create seasonal plans and campaign concepts, ensuring comprehensive execution across the full marketing funnel, including digital, social, retail, and experiential activations. Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive seasonal marketing initiatives, including content creation, media planning, social engagement, influencer partnerships, staff training, events, and activations. Collaboration & Briefing: Work closely with PR, social media, and creative teams to brief them on upcoming campaigns and content requirements, ensuring seamless integration and messaging consistency. Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse marketing activities, generating insights to enhance performance, optimise ROI, and drive continuous improvement. Budget Management: Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of while maintaining clarity, control, and financial accountability. Person Specifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5- years in trade/account marketing or managing retail brands. Experience in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle sectors and the DACH market is highly desirable. Previous background in account marketing management and/or management of online marketing brands is a plus (Zalando, About You, etc).
