Head of Sales Mass Timber Products Europe (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
* Sales activities with manufacturers and service providers in the field of structural timber construction in Europe
* Introduction of a sales strategy for major customers (OEMs, installers, engineers/specialists)
* Responsibility for European pricing policy and customer segmentation, and coordination with distributors and SPAX subsidiaries
* Successful planning of the integration of training, testing/specifications, and marketing with new products and initiatives
* Coordination with SPAX subsidiaries outside of Europe for international customers and construction projects
* Management of employees in Europe in the areas of structural engineering sales and data management
* Coordination of sales personnel in European SPAX subsidiaries
Our requirements
* Desire to work independently in a growing market
* Leadership qualities, judgment, critical thinking, ability to make decisions in a spirit of teamwork
* Degree in engineering or economics
* More than 5 years of professional experience in sales; experience in the structural timber construction/building industry is necessary
* International management experience as job requires intercontinental coordination skills
* Good knowledge and skills in the area of business and management principles: analysis, organization, budgeting, resource allocation, and human resources
* Positive mindset, professional conduct with integrity and a hands-on mentality
* Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
* Fluent in English, other languages are advantageous
* Extensive travel within Europe
