As Senior Global Sales Controller (m/f/d) in the Business Unit MedTech, you will play a key role in supporting senior management with strategic financial insights, global reporting, and commercial planning. You act as a trusted business partner and collaborate closely with stakeholders across all regions and corporate functions. Your Responsibilities: Commercial Business Partnering Lead global sales controlling activities and ensure financial transparency across the MedTech commercial organization Provide financial insights by analyzing commercial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and deriving actionable recommendations Act as a strategic business partner by evaluating business requirements and collaborating with regional Sales Controlling, FP&A and MedTech Management Manage and prioritize global controlling tasks, including ad‑hoc analyses for senior management Commercial Reporting & Planning Organize and coordinate global commercial reporting and planning processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency Develop reporting structures, templates, and management review materials Consolidate and comment on global commercial performance while ensuring alignment with group-wide financial guidelines Your Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Controller or in a comparable Controlling role Strong expertise in commercial controlling as well as financial planning and reporting processes Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience in SAP BW, SAP BCS, and SAP FI/CO paired with a strong affinity for AI-driven and modern digital technologies is a strong advantage Fluent in English and German Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with a structured and independent working style Drive the future of MedTech finance — become part of futurefresenius and apply now through our online portal!
