We are supporting a leading investment bank in the search for a Senior Credit Analyst – Structured Finance.
This role focuses on the credit assessment of complex structured financing transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and sponsor-driven deals.
The position offers broad exposure to sophisticated transactions and close involvement in high-level credit decision processes.
Tasks
* Independent credit analysis of structured and corporate financing transactions
* Assessment of complex acquisition and leveraged finance structures
* Review and validation of financial models, forecasts, and transaction assumptions
* Preparation of comprehensive credit memoranda for senior credit committees
* Assignment and ongoing monitoring of internal ratings and credit risk indicators
* Continuous portfolio surveillance and proactive risk management
* Contribution to the development and optimisation of internal credit and risk frameworks
Requirements
* Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or comparable field
* Strong professional experience in structured finance, leveraged finance, credit risk or transaction analysis
* Advanced financial modelling and valuation expertise
* High degree of ownership, precision, and analytical judgement
* Fluency in English and German (both mandatory)
