Your role in our team
:
1. You coordinate and manage supplier performance related programs at the interface to Engineering, Quality and Material Management (Supply Base Reconfiguration, Focus Supplier Program)
2. You drive the development of CLAAS supply base by steering and supporting related initiatives
3. You develop decision proposals for program scope, program evolution and provide program reporting
4. You are supporting the creation of a Global Supplier Score Card
5. You are responsible for the management of the Score Card to steer the supplier base
6. You are the process owner for supply base classification to identify most relevant partners
7. You handle cross-functional supplier escalation management in procurement to improve insufficient performing suppliers and react to critical events at the interface to supplier risk management
Your profile:
8. Successfully completed your studies in business engineering or equivalent or comparable related work experience
9. Profound work experience in Purchasing, SCM, Quality or equivalent
10. Profound Project- or Program Management skills
11. You enjoy taking on new challenges, driving change and solutions, taking ownership as well as making decisions.
12. You are experienced in working in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment, an international expatriation period is a plus
13. Your excellent communication skills, your entrepreneurial approach, analytical thinking as well as proactive, self-driven work attitude and motivation set you apart.
14. Fluent English skills (German and French is a plus) as well as your confident handling of MS Office and SAP complete your profile.
