The mission of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) as part of the Corporate Center is to protect the DHL Group from such threats and to strengthen the Group's cyber security activities. It focuses on strategic and tactical aspects of security that are relevant to the Group as a whole. The Awareness, Skills & Analytics team is responsible for raising cybersecurity awareness throughout the Group – for example through training courses, tools and games, as well as many other measures including appropriate communication, including with external parties, too.
