Your Profile
1. You have significant experience in design and art direction within the gaming industry or a related field (such as other media areas)
2. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience
3. You have a strong design portfolio showcasing concepts and graphic design work for a variety of brand and marketing projects
4. You have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software; experience with Cinema 4D (or similar tools), as well as motion design and UI/UX design principles, is a plus
5. You have advanced English language skills; German language skills are an advantage
6. You possess a deep understanding of trends in gaming and pop culture and can leverage these to identify creative opportunities
7. You have excellent design and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas effectively to Senior Leadership, Brand and Marketing management, and other cross-functional teams
8. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
