Position Overview: As the Student Admission Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the institute’s enrollment efforts by developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our diverse programs. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring they have a positive experience from their first inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement innovative strategies to recruit and engage prospective students across Europe and beyond.
* Manage Application Process: Assist prospective students through the application process, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience.
* Engage with Prospective Students: Conduct outreach through email, phone, social media, and other digital platforms to generate interest and communicate the value of EIIET’s programs.
* Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to create recruitment campaigns and materials that align with our mission and resonate with our target audience.
* Organise Recruitment Events: Plan and execute virtual and in-person open days, webinars, and other recruitment events to attract students to the institute.
* Monitor Recruitment Data: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of various strategies and adjust accordingly to optimise results.
* Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other institutions to establish a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.
* Support Diversity Initiatives: Ensure that recruitment efforts are inclusive and promote diversity in our student body.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Passion for education, innovation, and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a European higher education setting.
* Familiarity with online learning environments and recruitment strategies for online programs.
* Fluent in English and the Indian Language
* Based in Hamburg
