ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
Join our Quality Assurance team as a Working Student and support the testing of products and projects that are transforming passenger processing. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with systems that keep airports running smoothly - from check-in kiosks to biometric solutions - while working alongside experienced engineers.
WHAT YOULL DO
1. Support project teams with installation and commissioning of systems (check-in kiosks, self-bag drop, secure gates, biometric and payment systems).
2. Assist in setting up and administering test systems for projects.
3. Help with the creation of test specifications and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Execute and document tests for automated passenger processing applications.
5. Log and track issues in a ticketing system.
6. Work closely with the development team to support troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
7. Current student in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8. Strong motivation to learn and interest in Quality Assurance and system testing.
9. Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networks.
10. Knowledge or understanding of testing tools (e.g., Octane) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
11. Good German (C1) and English (B1) language skills.
12. Team spirit, logical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
13. Familiarity with scripting languages.
14. First practical experience with hardware or software testing.
15. Curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies.
