Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services, including shipping options, order tracking, and service policies. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Accurately document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient solutions for customer inquiries. Keep abreast of service updates, policies, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients. Requirements Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the logistics or transportation sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues. Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is beneficial.
