Your role
1. You will support and advise reputable international private equity investors in commercial due diligence (buy- and sell-side), strategy (value appreciation, target screening, exit planning) and portfolio optimization.
2. You will work on deals and transactions across a variety of sectors and with an international reference.
3. You will collaborate with your team to develop the equity story, examine investment hypotheses, prepare market models, and validate the business plan.
4. As part of your role, you will be in direct contact with top-layer clients and experts.
5. In addition, you are committed to promoting our services: you will contribute to company-internal development issues, you will be involved in acquisition tasks and promote the development of young team members.
Your profile
6. 2-3 years of professional experience in the consulting environment, ideally with a focus on commercial due diligence, transaction advisory or private equity.
7. You have bagged an excellent master's degree, MBA or PhD, ideally in Business Admin.
8. You have an analytical mind and an excellent understanding of business contexts.
9. You have social competence and some initial managerial responsibility.
10. You are fluent in German, English and business lingo.
11. You know PPT, Excel and databases like the back of your hand.
