In constant exchange with local IT/OT functions, oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of manufacturing hardware and software, including PLC, SCADA, HMI and MES systems Develop, roll-out and take account for a global operational security strategy covering all OT assets in the company’s industrial and production environments Assess current and new vendors for equipment, software and support services in their ability to build and deliver secure OT applications and systems Report to governing bodies (e. g. Interroll Security Board) concerning new and emerging cyber threats Implement uniform OT technology, configurations and protocols to the degree applicable in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance security Create a network of local OT responsibles within the production companies together with MDs/Head of plants Actively cooperate with central IT functions in the upcoming network segmentation process, increasing OT safety against malware and cyberattacks Visit plants conducting assessments concerning information security risks related to software, hardware, third-party applications Master Degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, automation, computer science or comparable Minimum of 5 years’ of work experience in the field of industrial automation/ITOT in a manufacturing environment Deep knowledge of OT relevant frameworks (e.g. industrial control systems, SCADA, etc.) Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) as well as integrating OT level with MES Certified professional knowledge concerning cybersecurity frameworks (e. g. IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and ISO/IEC 27001) Min.
