In this role you will develop and set the right marketing strategies & actions for a profitable growth in the MedTech business in the region EUROPE. Your Assignments: Develop and implement the marketing-plan for the responsible product-/service-segment under consideration of global roadmaps and EUROPE MU’s specific environment Drive Up- and downstream marketing along the entire marketing mix and by proactive communication throughout the entire organization Drive the business inside your portfolio responsibility, focus on successful product launches “time to market” and leverage key projects in the MU’s Live “end to end” P&L responsibility in one MedTech division Support forecast & budget accuracy process Monitor key business segments and product launches on regular base Lead KOL management according to the responsible portfolio and create success teams and customer references across EUROPE and be close to the customer Make MUs/subregions self-sufficient e. g. by training and up to date data-/communication platform Development of product strategies & counteractions based on competitor information/market trends Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics, Engineering, Science or Commercial education or nursing / medical / pharmaceutical degree or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management Experience in sales of medical devices is preferred Act as entrepreneur and drive the business together with our Sales & Marketing organization Excellent Project Management skills and experience Very good organizational, strong communication and analytical skills Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German and additional languages are a plus Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum Grading: AT
