What you will do:
As Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Aeyde, you will be at the heart of our brand’s growth and visibility, driving both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution. You will plan and own the global marketing calendar, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration across Creative & Content, Communications, Digital Marketing, Product and Merchandising.
You own the planning, budgeting and coordination of all brand projects - both offline and online - across all channels. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you manage projects end-to-end and work very closely with all departments to bring initiatives to life. Further responsibilities and qualifications are outlined below.
* Plan, own and maintain the brand & marketing calendar, ensuring clear structure, alignment and timely execution across all relevant teams.
* Develop and execute brand marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Creative, Content, Digital Marketing, Communications, Product, Merchandising.
* Act as the central interface between relevant teams to ensure smooth collaboration and marketing delivery.
* Ensure a consistent and elevated brand presentation across all channels (campaigns, social, web, newsletters, on-site activations).
* Plan, organize and execute customer and community events on-site at Aeyde Haus in Berlin, in close alignment with the Communications Director.
* Manage brand projects end-to-end: timelines, budgets, approvals and delivery of creative assets.
* Support campaign planning with a clear understanding of brand KPIs, performance insights and business goals.
* Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, community engagement and cultural relevance, always in alignment with Communications strategy.
* Bring a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What you will bring:
* 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand management or creative project management roles.
* Graduated in the field of marketing, international business, luxury fashion management.
* Experience in the fashion luxury, beauty or retail industry.
* Strong planning, organizational and prioritization skills - you enjoy creating structure and clarity.
* Proven experience owning marketing calendars, timelines and cross-functional projects.
* Strong understanding of brand-building, storytelling and the fashion & media landscape.
* Hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive - you execute as confidently as you plan.
* Fluent in English.
