We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (all genders) to join & team at our Stuttgart location. As a Key Account Manager (all genders), you serve as the central strategic interface for our top clients, such as Nespresso, advising them comprehensively on the technical implementation of their retail campaigns.
You are responsible for building long-term client relationships and strategically developing your accounts, ensuring outstanding, cross-functional support at all times.
Together with the Key Account Directors, you take on disciplinary leadership of your project team and actively foster the professional development of your team members.
You hold full commercial responsibility for your projects, managing budgets and profitability targets while keeping a close eye on resource allocation.
Several years of solid professional experience in operational project management, ideally in a technical environment with a focus on retail and luxury
You have gained initial experience in (disciplinary) team leadership and know how to motivate people while efficiently delegating projects
You demonstrate confidence when working with international clients, combined with a strong service mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a structured approach to your work
You are fluent in both English and German; knowledge of French is a plus
