Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that our IT landscape (networks, servers, backups, security software, cloud) is always stable, secure, and available.
* Together with the team, develop our IT infrastructure both strategically and operationally – always with a focus on future viability and efficiency.
* Take ownership of exciting infrastructure projects and drive their implementation forward.
* Keep an overview of IT operations: from documentation and reporting to service and incident management (incl. 1st level).
* Use your expertise in change and escalation management to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate external service providers, monitor SLAs, and ensure high quality standards.
* Put security first: develop concepts, implement measures, and ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g. GDPR).
* Strengthen our resilience in cybersecurity through audits and preventive measures.
Qualifications
* Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification.
* Excellent German skills and good English skills in a business context.
* Solid knowledge in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity – and the passion to continuously expand it.
* Enjoy taking responsibility and actively shaping processes.
* Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and understandably.
