Activités
In this challenging role, you will coordinate several large projects (total typical CAPEX from 5 up to $40M) simultaneously across all project phases. To do this, you will support the establishment of a project organization consisting of own and contracted staff and then work closely with the members of the Project Office to achieve the defined project goals. You will ensure the introduction of and compliance with the TotalEnergies (TE) safety culture by developing HSE, quality and risk management plans as well as project control procedures. You will also ensure that TE project governance is respected throughout the entire project duration.
You will prepare all documents required for the gate approval of the various project phases and present them to the steering committees. You will coordinate the tendering process in the respective project phases, taking existing framework agreements into account and manage the resulting contracts. With these activities, you will ensure compliance with the goals in terms of safety, costs, schedule and quality.
You will report to the Senior Large Project Leader.
Profil du candidat
You have a university degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, process engineering or a related field and can look back on 10 years of successful work in industrial project management and plant engineering. You have preferably gained your experience in the field of refineries or large chemical plants.
You have a high level of safety understanding, communicate and negotiate in a targeted manner, enjoy working independently and have strong organizational skills. You are fluent in written and spoken German and English (preferably also French). Certification in project management (GPM, IPMA) would be desirable.
