This role involves overseeing the HR functions at the Hameln site in alignment with Siegfried's global HR strategy. Your responsibilities include:Leading the HR departmentAdvising and supporting management and leaders on all personnel-related issuesRegular reporting to Siegfried AGSelecting appropriate HR measures and tools in coordination with management to implement the HR strategyCreating and monitoring personnel cost planningConducting employee discussions, including interviews, feedback, development, BEM, warnings, and terminationsModeling the desired corporate culture and HR strategyYour profileA degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a related field such as Social Sciences, Law, or Business Informatics, complemented by additional qualifications in HR and experience in an industrial settingProfessional and managerial experience in an industrial company, preferably in an international environmentProficiency in German and English, both written and spokenKnowledge of labor, social, and payroll tax lawsUnderstanding of collective bargaining law and works constitution lawStrong communication and empathetic skills, assertiveness, flexibility, trustworthiness, hands-on mentality, and organizational skillsGood knowledge of MS Office; SAP skills are advantageousWorking at SiegfriedSiegfried's work environment is dynamic and international.
