We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tax Compliance Manager to join our organization in Hannover, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization maintains full compliance with German tax regulations and international tax requirements. You will manage complex tax compliance processes, coordinate with internal departments and external tax authorities, and provide strategic guidance on tax-related matters. This position requires a professional who can organize multiple compliance initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive tax compliance strategies aligned with German tax law and international regulations
Conducting and evaluating regular risk reports and reporting to management
Independent identification of weaknesses in the Tax CMS / Tax Risk Management and development, implementation and follow-up of corrective measures
Successfully passed the German tax advisor examination
Practical experience in the industry in the area of tax compliance management systems (Tax CMS) and/or in managing separation agreements would be desirable
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
