Job Title: Senior Corporate Governance Professional
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Governance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing legal and corporate proceedings from constitution to liquidation.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate governance, preferably in service providers like PFS, fiduciaries, or Management Companies. They will also possess excellent English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to thrive in international settings.
We require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, ideally obtained. Experience in Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) management, from incorporation to liquidation, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of legal and corporate proceedings from constitution to liquidation for handled entities.
* Preparation and coordination of board and shareholder meetings, with drafting of minutes.
* Coordination of operations with external third parties such as banks, lawyers, and auditors.
* Portfolio management of SPVs with acquired experience in similar entities.
