Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – Home-Based – Germany

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join a leading global Contract Research Organization supporting clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. This is a home-based role where you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring clinical sites to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA guidelines, local regulations, and standard operating procedures. You will collaborate closely with investigational sites and project teams to ensure high-quality data, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of trials.
Conduct site visits to evaluate protocol adherence and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead and support project teams as needed
University degree in a science-related field, healthcare certification, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of clinical research monitoring experience
Fluent in English and German
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Flexible, home-based working environment
Exposure to global clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas
