Your Impact
1. Lead strategic processes and deep-dive projects across the organization.
2. Develop business cases and decision-making documentation for investments and growth initiatives.
3. Actively contribute to organizational strategy discussions and support M&A projects.
4. Oversee Finance and business process management, ensuring accurate reporting and insightful analysis.
5. Present financial performance (actuals, forecasts, budgets, KPIs) and advise management on financial matters.
6. Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting quality and transparency.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
7. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
8. Minimum 7 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, corporate finance, controlling, business development, or audit.
Skills & Competencies:
9. Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
10. Excellent communication skills in English and German.
11. Leadership experience with the ability to develop and coach teams.
12. Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
13. Experience in financial analysis and modeling is an advantage.
