Your seat to fill:
1. Book, manage, and coordinate all business travel for top management - from initial request to return – with utmost precision, discretion, and full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
2. Premium, concierge-level service delivery that not only meets but exceeds executive expectations – through personalized support, anticipatory planning, and uncompromising service excellence
3. Develop and implement contingency plans for unexpected travel disruptions or emergencies and provide timely assistance and guidance to travelers in the event of unforeseen circumstances
4. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall satisfaction of business travelers
5. End-to-end support with visa, entry, and customs formalities, including forward-looking advice based on the latest international regulations to ensure smooth and compliant travel
6. Support the regular review and update of travel guidelines to ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices, and communicate changes effectively
7. Collaborate with the mobility team to address any challenges and contribute to the overall effectiveness of mobility services
8. Assist in managing travel budgets and expenses efficiently and identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with travel service providers
9. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms for the organization

10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
11. Proven experience in business travel coordination or a related role
12. Strong knowledge of travel management systems and industry best practices
13. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
15. Fluent in both German and English
